Abramov is a small, left-handed right winger with a motor in the offensive zone that is impressive to watch. The 5’9 frame that should have a hard time, seems to have checks and physical plays simply not affect him and more often than not, escapes with the puck. Defensively not as interested, but his skating and shifty edge work suggest this area can be improved upon.

Very impressive pass on the PP. Given a bad pass in his skates, manages to find the puck and pass it to a teammate down low between his legs. Leads to a great scoring chance that wasn't converted.

An elite two way shift from Abramov. Blocks a shot on a 3-on-2 rush, then is down low helping out his defenseman on both sides of the ice. Causes a turnover down low, which springs Gatineau for a 2-on-2. Somehow with energy left, Abramov makes it a 3-on-2 by using a quick burst, impressive considering the hard work he put in earlier in the shift. Solid net drive on the odd man rush.

Abramov plays with a calm simplicity that underlines his on-ice awareness. Not the fastest straight-line skater, but he shows above-average balance and agility and ends up being more quick than fast. Does not look small when he plays, and he seems to get better with every game.
