Finland hits the zone with speed, Lundell going to the slot without the puck, attentive, stick ready, get the pass buts its out in front of him. He reaches out, pulls it back just slightly and snipes a filthy, off-balance wrist shot top corner. He was extended and he still got that puck away so fast and with such power that the puck was in the net as the goalie was just starting to move his glove hand. What a shot.

A great forward prospect with size and a ton of skill. He competes hard all the time, has what seems to be an insatiable scoring drive, and he is a tremendous skater. When he has the puck, defending teams pull back trying to cut down his opportunities for powering the puck to the net, but his passing and shot are so good that he can punish opponents for giving him too much space. Lundell is the type of player that will draw a lot of pressure in the NHL, because the only way to contain him is to be on top of him. So talented, and he is a special, hungry player.
